Question #4: What if I receive a defective product?

Answer: We offer easy 30-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging. For customer remorse returns (change of mind, wrong size, no longer want the item), you are responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee applies. Answer: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (within 1-2 business days), refunds are processed within 7 business days.
